Trey Songz x My Moment x Eps. 3
It's interesting because, I was at this show and I didn't think Trey did as well as he could of. Now, I know I'm not crazy.
Ummm that bowling alley was freaking cool. lol
And if for some reason Trey Songz reads this post, I want him to realize that yeah, that was Jay-Z's crowd BUT there were definitely people in that audience who bought tickets just to see him. Forreaaallll.

Dame Dash
The art of a hustle...
The ultimate comeback...
After stumbling an embarrassing fall during the collapse of Roc-A-Fella and money wars with Jay-Z, Dame Dash is back and already making strides in his own music industry lane. Below this pic is a link to an excellent editorial about him, his stage of recovery, and his progression to current success.
Curren$y speaks about Young Money
Okay... so whenever I listen to Curren$y for more than one song, I can't help but wonder what happened to him and Young Money. [you catch my guuuuuuuuurrlll legs open betta smasshhh datttttttttt] This interview, honestly, does not reveal much. But what it does reveal is how tight-lipped and respectfully Curren$y addresses the situation which in itself speaks volumes.
Keep watching because Curren$y also gives his interesting take on the state of hip-hop and his role in the industry.

Nicki Minaj "Your Love" Video
I personally am not a fan of the song, but this video is too cute! And we love Nicki. She plays off the whole Harijuku Barbie movement. Thank God she didn't follow Young Money's classic cheap graphics and lightbulb backgrounds! The picture is great quality and she definitely delivered. Plus, she looks beautiful as always....

Pharrell x Diggy at K!dult Conference
This is the most inspirational clip I've seen in months. Like....I will go back and watch this the way I watch Fade To Black [a.k.a. crack. if you haven't seen that, go watch it...like asap.] If this isn't reassuring motivation I don't know what is!!!!!!
"...chasing a curiousity..."
♥
"...chase my passions..."

Inspired by his young fans, he believed they deserved a website that respected their intelligence and covered their diverse interests—from science to fashion. It's the site Pharrell wishes he had when he was a teenager. Most of the other kids didn't get him and it was always more fun to have conversations with adults. Black Cobain x Fat Trel steal the show
Two nights ago, July 15, 2010, we followed the Board of Administration and The Basshedz to the DC Statehood Rally which was also a showcase for DMV artists. Black Cobain and Fat Trel both performed. Check out the pics and videos from the event!
Black Cobain performed Closer, leaving the crowd with a sped up acapella version.

Fat Trel started off with Pretty Boy Swagg acapella and performed Cremate 'Em.
This pair compliments each other nicely. They both bring exciting and contagious, but different, energy to the stage. Black Cobain's performance was smooth and oozed soul. His presence was persuasive and the crowd eagerly drew to the stage once his turn came up--- a completely different reaction then when other rappers of the event performed. Meanwhile, Fat Trel kept it hood with raw, unadulterated lyrics and an animated performance. He left the crowd in awe by bringing up his infamous Slutty Boyz and making vicious eye contact with the whole front row. The crowd loved his energy and fed off of it up until the last second he walked off stage.
