BREAST CANCER AWARNESS MONTH

October is a great month for a lot of reasons and one of the more important reasons is that it is BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH. Breast Cancer is one of the many diseases we are having an on going battle with all over the world. 1 out of 8 women will get breast cancer in their lifetime. This why it is so important to increase peoples awareness while working toward a cure. For now we strongly encourage all of you to get a mammogram/ encourage the women in your life to get one as well as do your monthly self checks and spread the awareness!
Since s o u l f l i g h t is a women based blog we found it really important to do this big! As well as because this has effected me (Samantha) personally and I now know how devastating it can be to watch someone who you would give your life for to experience the disease. With that said Breast Cancer Awareness will be on CRACK here at s o u l f l i g h t this month! We are going to try and post a little something about Breast Cancer everyday this month to increase your awareness and encourage you to take some precautions for yourself!
