MASTERMIND
Last Friday night I had the pleasure of hearing an inspiring rapper by the name of Mastermind. He is a sophomore Music Industry Studies Major at Loyola University. Although I was hundreds of feet from the stage I couldn't help but nod my head and sing along to to the chorus of "One day, I am gonna be famous, I told them..". He is one of the few rappers I have seen that doesn't need a hype man to work the stage and get the crowd going. Not only is this guy an aspiring rapper but he is a business man as well. Mastermind has been selling his cdF.A.I.L. (Forever Always In Last)as well as t-shirts, his own original beats, and even socks (ha)! He made $2000 in a month and was able to pay off his tuition balance. To hear his music and find out what he's really about visithttp://mastermindmme.bandcamp.com/ or http://mastermindmme.tumblr.com/ @mistermindmme
